Both her work and self are defined by their cinematic curiosity, emotional warmth, and artful intention. She knows very well the unrepeatable nature of time and uses her keen sense of intuition to masterfully compose memories into the tangible.
She can’t wait to show you how your love looks.
I'm a native Georgia peach, currently residing among the foggy hills of San Francisco. Most of my childhood was spent in Atlanta, surrounded by my beloved Georgia Tech campus and no shortage of smoked brisket. I met Michael, my college sweetheart, when his fraternity house happened to be directly across from my sorority, and in 2012, added our sweet pitbull Rusty to the family. Our poor car hasn't known what it's like to be clean since.
In 2015, we decided to start a new adventure out on the west (best?) coast. Two years later, we got married in the city we now call home. These days, I live life surrounded by our backyard fruit trees, give-or-take five hundred partially-complete craft projects, and the sounds of my two boys driving various wheeled conveyances all over the floors, but continue to answer the constant call of travel in order to document weddings and love stories across the world.
When I'm not photographing, I love nothing more than curling up on the sofa with my knitting and a good Agatha Christie mystery (I love to multi-task!). My library card is the most-used card in my wallet. I prefer hot tea over coffee. My favorite scents are amber, honeysuckle, and lavender, growing wild and free. I shoot both film and digital. I'm fascinated by the human story, and the parts of the story that are shared among all of us, regardless of background, tradition, or age. Each picture captures a tiny memory that is poignant, significant, and entirely individual to you. I hope to create many of these photo memories for you.
