Bailey and Zach’s Pacific Grove and Salinas backyard wedding is the perfect example of how even the tiniest of weddings can be celebrated in total style, and with the fullest expression of feelings. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has brutally changed the wedding industry. As I learn to navigate this uncertain new world with my couples and my other fellow vendors, I’ve been relieved to see that many of my absolute favorite parts of wedding celebrations still hold true. We’re just as committed, if not more so, to the lasting values of marriage and what it means to honor that pact between two mirrored souls. An all-outdoor celebration, a private home space for getting together, cute hand sanitizer guest favors and ample respect paid to everyone’s standard of comfort and safety.. I think Bailey and Zach’s marriage was the exact silver lining I’ve been looking for this season.
There’s a lot to be said about how these current days are reshaping our perspectives, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of this small gathering. Coming face-to-face with the foundation of what truly matters has inspired me to live life a little differently these days, and I’m enjoying invoking these changes in both my personal decisions and my photography work. Forever grateful for the growing opportunities that my couples grant me. I hope you all enjoy the photos as much as I loved capturing this day.
