Portraits, Weddings

shweta + jeetu | MORGAN HILL BACKYARD MICROWEDDING

I met Shweta and Jeetu for the first time on the morning of their wedding. It took mere seconds before I was swept up in their whirlwind energy and love for all those who surround them. I remember embarking on a beautiful, in-depth garden tour led by some very proud parents. While mapping out the space, I stumbled on accident into grandmother’s room and she gave me the biggest welcoming greeting. There was an incredible chaat spread that neither @annawuphoto nor I could wander far from without a family member asking “Have you eaten? Can we get you anything?” These celebrations are such a total, awe-inspiring reminder of the care and connections we’ve cultivated in our lives. So immensely grateful to @eventsbysatra for having me on this one. I hope you all love the images from Shweta and Jeetu’s wedding as much as I do.

Planning by @eventsbysatra, floral artistry by @amyburkedesigns, hair and makeup by @janesasimmons, rentals by @standardpartyrentals, linens by @latavolalinen, catering by @thecateredtoolife, audio by @elitebayarea, photographed on a mix of digital with my @sony A7iii and @fujifilm_profilm with my #Contax645, all film processed by @photovisionprints. Special thanks to @annawuphoto for assisting, not laughing (too much) when I sprayed sunscreen right into my face, and just overall having my back in countless ways. Couldn’t do any of it without this team.
