Thank you’s are in order to these two wonderful people who have always, simply, meant to be for one another. Nik and Connie found me through mutual friends and graciously invited me to photograph their engagement session on one hot, balmy Georgia day. Perhaps hot was an understatement. Fifteen minutes into the session, I was honestly considering the human body’s ability to melt, but throughout our time together, Connie stayed effortlessly chic and beautiful while climbing, laughing, and spinning around, hand in hand, with her fiance Nik. Their sweet rescue-pup DONKEY made a guest appearance halfway in! Stop!! How can I adopt myself into this little family??
These two have so much honest love for one another and I’m so excited to see them take their marriage vows next spring! Enjoy the photos!

Cassandra, what a fantastic shoot. I love these photos. You can tell these two were having a blast and you picked a fantastic place to do their photos.
That bridge is sick and provided a great backdrop to some truly great photos.
Let me know when you shoot the wedding. I bet those pics are going to be insane. 🙂

This engagement session is so natural and beautiful. Your work speaks for itself! I would have never thought this was in unfavorable weather.. Your photography skills are just that good! Love their save the date banner, and if course that puppy Donkey (so fun to say!) steals the show at the end. Marvelous work as usual!
