With its sweeping views and multiple event spaces, Arista Winery in Healdsburg, California was the perfect place for Jessica and Jason’s wine country nuptials. This fall wedding was such a stand-out celebration to experience, in no small part due to the natural scenery of the immediate area. Arista Winery is known for its beautiful views, and the changing color of the foliage in fall season was a wonderful backdrop for these two, as they exchanged their vows in front of all of their closest family and friends.

Under Taylor of So Eventful‘s planning expertise, guests were able to prioritize comfort and make full use of the available space, despite the overcast weather. Jessica and Jason’s wedding weekend kicked off with a welcome party the night before on the Main Lawn. Just past the goat fence, an outdoor pizza grill fired up a variety of treats for everyone. Guests mingled and shared stories late into the night while indulging from the Noble Folk ice cream cart.

Early the next day, Jessica and Jason dedicated time to seeing each other and taking formal portraits around the iconic mossy rocks of the venue. The whole family gathered for a private Ketubah signing with Rabbi Meredith’s guidance. Once guests began arriving, we all made out way over to The Pavilion, where a draped chuppah provided a beautiful way to pay honor to the couples’ Jewish traditions. Following the ceremony, guests got to explore the beautiful Terrace and Mezzanine area during cocktail hour, a lush area surrounded by playful sculptures, natural rock formations, and an inviting pergola. A secret Japanese garden located just a hop and skip away from the serve-yourself appetizer bar made for the perfect escape – which is exactly where we went for Jessica and Jason’s post-ceremony couple portraits! For the reception, guests were treated to a multi-course plated dinner and live music underneath the stars in the venue’s famed Oak Grove.

I can’t say enough about getting to photograph these kinds of events where it’s so obvious how much love is present. It’s always an honor to be invited into peoples’ lives in such an intimate way, and this wedding was no exception. I hope you all enjoy the photographs as much as I did taking them!
